1 General Terms & Applicability

6.2 Bonus Abuse

• Intentionally placing minimum-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements

If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

For inactive accounts, a dormancy fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted monthly starting after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero.
